Writing Sample
Taylor pushed her way out of her office with a heavy stack of papers in her hand muttering under her breathe. She had gone to see the new apartment and talked to the manager and told him of her current living arrangements, and then told him that Adam had suggested the place to her. They made a deal on the security deposit and she was going to move into a new home. She couldn't wait to tell Adam, but that was going to have to wait. She cleared her throat a minute and then kept her way down the halls. No one was there except the night security, which she still hadn't met the new member that was looking after things. Heard about him yes, that he was cute, but that was all.
She was taking some files home to look at and walked down the hall bumping into someone rounding the corner, she fell backwards and her papers went flying.
"Shoot!" She muttered under her breathe, going to pick the papers up. "I'm really sorry, I didn't meant to bump into you..."
She still didn't see who she had bumped into.
